Working out while on a trip

Working out while traveling can be very hard for many people. You have to be really dedicated when you are traveling. This starts when you are at home. Try and stick to healthy options for food and drink while traveling.
Just a tip don’t have any water on a plane if flying. This also applies to any drink that requires water too. The water tanks on planes are not cleaned often and it would be better to just avoid it. This tip comes from a flight attendant with decades of experience in the industry.
I would also recommend that you take it easy while on a trip. Many trips are about relaxation and working out can go against that. I would suggest you have a simple circuit that you can default to. This would take away any need for you to think about it. Definitely do it before traveling so that you are familiar with it beforehand.
Some hotels have gyms that you can visit for free while staying there. If you are not staying at a hotel then I would suggest going to a nearby gym chain like planet fitness. if push comes to shove you can always get workout videos on your electronics. Your phone can get some anywhere.
If you have the space maybe take some essentials with you in your bag. Obviously you won’t be able to pack everything. I would recommend packing jump rope in your bag as it is great cardio that you can do anywhere.
