My number one tip is to stay hydrated. It will not solve anything but it cannot hurt your health. Listen to your body no matter what. If you need to rest and recover then take the time to do just that. This is coming from someone with a compromised immune system. Always carry some medicine that you know you may need on hand. If you are traveling internationally then keep it in the original containers and always check the laws for any other countries you will be visiting. Definitely have some Imodium for travel days. You do not want to be caught without it. If you do have a stomachache then stick to basic food that is not going to bother your stomach more. Be aware of what your body is telling you.
